This applies to zoom and in person meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-22\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-4 gutenify-list-item\">Engage any new people directly as they arrive, get their names<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-5 gutenify-list-item\">At the meeting start, welcome everyone and remind people that this is a safe space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-6 gutenify-list-item\">Mention this is for discussing our power dynamic relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-7 gutenify-list-item\">Creeper watch. Private message me if anyone acts creepy or private messages you etc. I will be happy to ban anyone you ask me too.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-8 gutenify-list-item\">Make space take space.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-9 gutenify-list-item\">Family feel for newbies and regulars. Not forced to speak.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-10 gutenify-list-item\">Encourage note taking, mention notebooks and pens. Hand out paper and pens if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-11 gutenify-list-item\">Mention website and fetlife group and subscribing to meeting@sfdsdg.org<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-12 gutenify-list-item\">Confidentiality policy stays within your dynamic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-13 gutenify-list-item\">Raise hand for inclusion in the queue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-14 gutenify-list-item\">Point of clarification hand raise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-15 gutenify-list-item\">Mention cost and envelope<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-16 gutenify-list-item\">Silence phones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-17 gutenify-list-item\">Announcements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-18 gutenify-list-item\">Show book and pass it around<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-19 gutenify-list-item\">Mention opening lens concept (didn\u2019t learn much about each other without it)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-20 gutenify-list-item\">Instructions about saying name and a little about self<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-21 gutenify-list-item\">Read opening lens topic<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a list of things we do at the beginning of our meetings.
